New Store Opening Specialist (Training Team - QSR Concept)

The hoots wings New Store Opening Specialist is responsible for partnering with the RSC, Field Operations, and Franchise Partners to assist in identifying operations training opportunities and is responsible for coordinating and/or delivering training to new and existing employees at both corporate and franchised business units. This role influences new and current employees/franchisees by delivering best-in-class training experiences and outcomes. This position must be an expert and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and competencies for the Kitchen, Cashier, and Management positions for hoots wings. This individual is knowledgeable of all Brand Standards and builds relationships within HOA Brands and Franchise Partners. This individual is a liaison for communication of  brand standards, company-wide training policies, procedures, programs, processes, and systems between the Restaurant Support Center, Franchise Partners, and HOA Brands.


Systems and Standards consistency within the hoots wings brand

  • Assists in deployment of hoots wings systems and standards field operations training
  • Assists in communication of Brand Updates (Corp and Franchise)
  • Provides in-market support and training working in the field focused on systems, process improvement, Culture and Guest Experience
  • Support e-learning programming
  • Assists with facilitation of Train the Trainer Processes for Corp and Franchised Hourly Team Members
  • Support Training Store Certifications / BSA Processes

Leadership & Coaching

  • Assists with Franchise Personnel Development
  • Collaboration with RSC, Field Operators, and Franchisee’s with as needed, just in time support
  • Support and function in field roles when not focused on NSO

New Restaurant Development Support

  • Communicates directly with Franchisees
  • Assists with New Store Opening Conference Calls
  • Develops New Restaurant Opening Team Members
  • Supports on-site Training during NSO Immersion
  • Assists with Updating and Developing Systems and Processes

Brand Operating Standards

  • Global Representative of Brand
  • Coaching Operators and Team Members on Brand Systems and Standards
  • Assist with Brand Standards Audits

Financial Management

  • Individual Cost & Expense Management
  • NSO Budget Oversight (NSO Training Team)


  • Three Years Hospitality/QSR Management preferred
  • Serve Safe Food and Alcohol Certifications
  • Certified New Store Opening Coordinator or similar experience
  • Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Valid Passport and unrestricted ability to travel globally
  • 80% travel required
  • Successful completion of hoots wings Leadership Programs
