Ultimately, the Assistant Manager is an all-hands on deck leader while operating our restaurants on a day to day basis. You will help support the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. In addition to assisting with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals you will be responsible for coaching team members through executing superior performance standards. The Assistant Manager is a leader in creating an instantly recognizable atmosphere of Fast, Flawless, Friendly and Fun for all team members and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage to the Customer Service platform and uphold hoots wings S.E.R.V.E Values
  • Build sales and profits by promoting customer satisfaction and managing restaurant operations
  • Supports the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
  • Hire and retain talent
  • Train and coach Team Members and Franchise Partners on operations, company policies and procedures and customer service standards
  • Partner with the General Manager on inventory controls
  • Manage To-Go service platform while ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Participate in local store / grass roots marketing efforts

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR)
  • Experience running shifts without supervision
  • Previous experience with federal, state, and local municipal sanitation/food safety certifications
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Ability to motivate staff and guests through spoken word and actions
  • Willingness to abide by the appearance and uniform standards
  • Ability to travel and manage at multiple restaurant locations on an as needed basis.
  • Must be flexible to works days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation
